Shipping & Returns

Most items ship within 1 - 2 business days and all packages will have tracking. USPS is used as our primary carrier.  Processing may be delayed during holidays, sale events and other unforeseen circumstances. If you have a preferred shipping method or need an item the next day please contact us. Shipping times are estimates only, express mail is the only guaranteed delivery time. Please note that we can not be held responsible for packages that were confirmed as delivered. If you would like signature upon delivery please select that shipping option at check out.



FREE economy shipping on orders over $100, transit time is 3 - 6 business days.

Shipping cost is calculated on shipping method and weight. 1st class transit time is 3 - 5 business days, priority is 2 - 3 business days and express is 1 - 2 business days.



Cost is based on weight and destination calculated at check out.  Customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or any other fees collected by your local government.  Shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. Packages returned for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Orders may take up to 5 days to process.  Transit time is estimated between 2 - 5 weeks depending on location, but could be delayed due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances.  If you have any special instructions for the customs form please make an order note.


Easy 30 Day Returns:  You have 30 days after receiving the item if you decide to return it.  Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and item must be unopened and in new condition.  Please email us your order number and return tracking number.  Allow two weeks to process your return for 100% of the product price. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and international orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
